(Mrs.) Priti Adani
Chairperson
Dr. Priti is heading Adani Foundation which is
the CSR arm of the diversified Adani Group, Headquartered at Ahmedabad,
Gujarat. Under Dr. Adani’s guidance & leadership, the foundation
transformed from a four member team to a full-fledged CSR unit serving 3.7 million
people annually across 16 states of the country. With the objective of creating
sustainable opportunities at the grassroots level, the Adani Foundation has been
phenomenally successful in achieving its goals in the core areas of education, health,
sustainable livelihood development & community infrastructure.
Dr.
Malay Mahadevia
Dr. Malay Mahadevia joined the Adani group in
1992 & was involved in developing the Mundra port from conceptualization to
commissioning. Dr. Mahadevia has been awarded ‘Outstanding Manager of the year’
by Ahmedabad management Association in the year 2002. In 2008, he was conferred
Ph.D. by the Gujarat University in the field of “Coastal Ecology around Mundra
area”. He is a member of many professional bodies including Centre for
Engineering & Technology (CEPT), Federation of Indian Chamber of commerce
& Industry (FICCI), The associated chamber of commerce & Industry of
India (ASSOCHAM), Board of advisor for maritime studies in Gujarat University,
Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and Gujarat chamber of commerce &
Industry (GCCI). Before joining the Adani Group, he has served with the Govt.
Dental college, Ahmedabad as an Assistant professor.
Mrs.
Pearl Tiwari
Mrs. Pearl Tiwari is a development professional
with over 36 years of experience, currently focused on CSR activities. She has
been leading the Ambuja Cement Foundation which has pioneered in successful
models of rural development in all the areas where Ambuja Cements is located
and even beyond. She has wholeheartedly contributed towards socio – economic
development of the underprivileged communities, under the organization’s corporate
social responsibility & policy of inclusive development.
Shri.
Sukuru Ramarao
Shri. Sukuru Ramarao is the Chief Manufacturing
Officer (CMO) of Ambuja Cement Ltd (Now Adani Cement), Mumbai. He is currently
heading all the operations of the Productions Dept.
Shri.
Sanjeev Kumar
Shri. Sanjeev Kumar is the Unit Finance
Controller at Ambuja Cements Ltd. He has over 20 years experience in corporate
finance.
